Job Description
Customer Support Engineer – Level 1 (Onsite)
- No of positions: 8
- Locations: Bangalore 3 positions / Chennai – 3 positions / Pune 2 positions
- Benefits: PF, ESI, Bonus & Professional Tax will be deducted as per prevailing Govt Rules. This budget will be fixed by our client depending on the level of expertise
- Qualification: The minimum qualification should be Diploma / ITI in IT / IS
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in relevant domain
- Certifications: Should possess atleast one certification in Microsoft / Network /Server
- Skills:
- Should have good working knowledge on Desktop Hardware, Local Area network, Windows 8/10/ MS office installation & configuration of Email / Outlook
- Should have worked atleast 6 months handling hardware / LAN / Windows OS & MS Office – installation & troubleshooting
- Should be able to communicate in English – both verbal & written communication
- Job Description:
- Attend to user calls w.r.t. Desktop / Laptop/ Network related issues
- Install & configure any desktop / laptop
- Daily report & weekly report
- Follow the instructions of IT related tasks assigned by the Team leader & give periodic update on the status of the work
- Should be willing to work in 1st and 2nd shift
- Must possess 2 Wheeler Driving License
- Working days: 6 days a week and to follow the working days assigned by the customer
- Process for Selection:
- Telephonic interview by the Customer & Team Leader to assess the communication skills and basic technical knowledge
- Written test – conducted at our office – Should score atleast 25 out of 40
- Personal interview – Technical & HR
Customer Support Engineer – Level 1 (Field Engineer)
- No of positions: 2
- Locations: BTM layout – but should be able to travel to the location of the customer as and when the calls are received / assigned
- Budget: as per Karnataka Labour Act. PF, ESI, Bonus & Professional Tax will be deducted as per prevailing Govt Rules. BUS Pass amount will be reimbursed or if using a two-wheeler, we have schemes to reimburse based on the distance traveled to attend official work
- Qualification: The minimum qualification should be +2 / PUC passed. Diploma / ITI in IT / IS will be desirable
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Certifications: Should possess atleast one certification in Microsoft / Network /Server
- Skills:
- Should have good knowledge on Desktop Hardware, Local Area network, Windows 8/10/ MS office installation & configuration of Email / Outlook

- Qualification: The minimum qualification should be Diploma / Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Skills:
- Should have good knowledge on Computers & related products
- Should have worked atleast 6 months in selling computer / IT products
- Should have good communication skill
- Must possess 2 Wheeler Driving License– Candidates owning a two wheeler will be desirable
- Job Description:
- To generate leads and followup to close the orders
- Respond to the sales inquiries, send proposals and followup
- Meet the sales revenue targets
- Process for Selection:

Business Development Manager
- No of positions: 2
- Locations: Bangalore
- Budget: Depending on the Skills and target / achievement of Sales
- Qualification: The minimum qualification should be Graduate – preferably with IT / IS as main subject
- Experience: minimum 5 years in relevant field & atleast 2 years in the capacity of Managing Sales with proven track record
- Skills:
- Should have good knowledge on Computers & related products / services
- Should have worked atleast 5 years in selling computer / IT products & Services
- Should have good communication skill – both written and verbal communication
- Should be able to drive the down the level sales team to generate leads & achieve the targets

- Locations: Bangalore

- Qualification: The minimum qualification should be B.Com. Must be well versed using TALLY Accounting Software
- Experience: minimum 1 year
- Skills:
- Should be able to work on Tally Account software, including Inventory module
- Should have worked atleast 6 months in handling Accounts Book Keeping / using Tally Accounting Software
- Should have good communication skill
- Candidates should have basic level work experience in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Must possess 2 Wheeler Driving License
- Job Description:
- To prepare Vouchers using Tally Software
- Periodical reports on Sales / Purchase / Receipts & payments (Bank / Cash), Stock statement
- Should assist the Head of Accounts for Bank / Cash Reconciliation
- Interact with Auditors for Year end process
